🐓 SIDE CHICK INN — RULES, PRICING & GENERAL FARM CHAOS 🐓
Along with the “No Drunk Bird Picking” rule… we now also have:
🐥 ALL BIRDS SOLD AS STRAIGHT RUN BARNYARD MIXES. That means hens, roosters, confusion, betrayal, and occasionally a bird that identifies as whatever it wants that morning.
We do NOT guarantee gender on standard birds.
If you buy a chick 1–5 weeks old and it ends up being a male, bring it back HEALTHY within 6 months and we will give you $3 OFF the purchase of the SAME TYPE and AGE bird. FULL STOP.
If you purchase a bird older than 5 weeks, we do NOT guarantee a rooster buyback. We still may work with you depending entirely on customer interaction.
We try to be polite and accommodating. We ask you do the same.
If you want to learn about chickens, geese, quail, guineas, parrots, incubation, brooders, predators, fencing, feed, or farm life in general — stop by. We’ll probably talk your ear off and show you around.

🐣 STANDARD CHICK PRICING: • 1–5 weeks: $10 • 5–10 weeks: $15 • 10+ weeks: $20
💙 BLUE SIBERIANS 💙 These are the ONLY birds we guarantee.

Blue Siberian Pricing: • 1–5 weeks: $20 • 5–10 weeks: $30 • 10+ weeks: $40
These are guaranteed hens and guaranteed to reach laying age.
🥚 HATCHING EGGS — BLUE SIBERIANS: • $40 per dozen • Fertility guaranteed
At the end of hatch: Take a picture of the live chicks and bring back the eggs that did not hatch. We will replace non-hatched eggs 1-for-1 with new eggs.

⚠️ HEALTH GUARANTEE: Roosters returned under the buyback program must be healthy.
Any bird death must be reported within 24 hours and the bird must be returned. Depending on age and availability, replacement birds will be the same or closest available age.
⚠️ ALL BIRDS MUST BE CHECKED FOR HEALTH BEFORE LEAVING. Once birds leave the property, they are considered accepted.
