Alright guys we are cleaning out the freezers to get ready for the new year so we are offering discounts on whats left. We have several briskets, top sirloin, tbone, porterhouse, tenderloin steak, Chuck roast, short rib, oxtail, heart, and tongue. We also have some burger left . If you have any questions please feel free to get ahold of Irene or myself.

Knous Farms provides farm raised grain finished beef sold in individual cuts and 1/4, 1/2 and wholes. Also starting in May we will be selling dirt raise mangalitsa pork!
