Experience the tranquil atmosphere of Queens Inn by the River every Wednesday at 6 PM.

Each session begins with a 15-minute guided meditation, followed by 30 minutes of gentle somatic poses with minimal movement, and ends with 15 minutes of chakra balancing.

Bring a mat or beach towel and a small pillow.
