The story of Big D’s Foods began with founder, Deyan Kozhuharov (Big D), who grew up in a small village in southern Bulgaria. Deyan was influenced by the traditional foods of the Mediterranean region and his Bulgarian heritage. His family spent their time in the kitchen: cooking, canning, preserving, and baking together. Now we continue that tradition in our home kitchen, preparing fresh, deliciou

s, homemade foods with our children. All our products are foods we enjoy in our own home and our friends and family always asked us to bring to gatherings. From our sausage to our jams, everything is created in small batches, with pride and love, without unnecessary fillers. With simple ingredients come amazing recipes, and even better food!
