Something to pass around while you settle in. Blistered Padrón peppers with bonito & rosemary aioli, Aleppo pepper, smoked Maldon, and lemon. Savory, smoky, and a touch of heat.

It’s A Dry Wheat is the one we choose for this one.

Five-Spice Duck Sausage, with our CM cheese blend, five-spiced duck & pork sausage, plum sauce, soy-pickled turnips, cabbage, sesame, scallion, and wonton strips.

We choose Fiestbier for this one. A hearty pairing for cooler days. Prost!

Something to start with while we pour your b**r.

Hazelnut & plum studded duck pâté, served with plum & quince mostarda, pickled green strawberries, and lavash crackers.

A pilsner’s crisp bubbles cut through the richness of the duck pâté, while a little malt sweetness plays nicely with the hazelnuts.

Crispy Pork Trotter Sandwich —
fried pork trotter, comeback sauce, heirloom tomato, bread & butter pickles on a toasted potato roll.

Peak-season heirloom tomatoes and bread & butter pickles are what summers about. Then add crispy pork and a dangerously good sauce that keeps you coming back. 🫶 Definitely a new staff favorite 🤩
