I love short ribs, today’s prices don't love me. 😐 These short riblets were a great substitution. AND they where on sale.
Marinated and cooked in under a hour. Simply Dee-Licious.

I am excited to share that I will be resuming my online and in-person cooking classes, catering to single parents, children, and individuals who live alone, with a primary focus on meal preparation. The majority of these classes will be offered free of charge.
