Here’s how we’ll be pouring each of our Sicilian EVOOs in the coming months:
Tonda Iblea - Tomatoes! Chopped, sliced, peeled, diced—salsas, salads, gazpacho, panzanella, pasta alla norma, and other tomato-forward recipe.
Nocellara - An elegant oil to finish grilled meats and veggies. Delicious drizzled over any seafood, such as swordfish or octopus.
