Amanda Panda Bakes Hi, I'm Amanda "Panda" Huey-Ayer, an Oakland native and self-taught baker. I've been honing my craft ever since, sharing my treats with friends and family.

My love for baking started as a kid, when I would help my mom make goodies and delight in "cleaning" the bowl at the end. Later on, I really began to appreciate the art of baking and started to learn on my own. And now I would like to share them with you!
