Lexème Carpaccio plate consists of thin slices of air dried beef, also called Besaola, arugula and Parmesan with a lemon-olive oil drizzle. The flavors are amazing, and of course enhanced with the perfect wine pairing: our favourite is paired with Lexème Viognier. It does also pair really well with our Gamay.
