Hilary Jacobs, Chef & Owner of Hil’s Cooking & Catering graduated from Tante Marie in San Francisco in 2006, walking away with a larger understanding of food and a greater desire to cook. While training at Tante Marie, Hilary refined her French cooking techniques which she has implemented into her global approach with Latin, Caribbean and Asian influences. In her journey through the culinary world

she prides herself to be an innovator of remixing and remaking what is familiar, while adding something unique in taste. “Food is like colors, it all goes together you just have to season it properly.” is what you’ll find in her menu’s and love in every bite. Chef & Owner Hilary Jacobs approaches each event aiming to feed your guilty pleasures that hides inside us and twist it with her own personal touch.
