Thankfully the garlic and potatoes are fine and all of our starts are still safely inside while we finish the raised beds.

Hopefully this will be the LAST frost of the year

Plantain "Bug Bite" Salve final result. I infused the dried plantain into Olive and Coconut Oil to make Plantain Oil. I then melted beeswax and pine resin into the oil to add even more skin benefits and made it a spreadable consistency. This made 12 4oz tins.

20lbs of tri colored bell peppers = freeze dried.

Not only are these an amazing crunchy add on in salads (as I tried earlier today!), but they will last us for months vacuum sealed in these jars. These are one of my favorite veggies and I'm super excited to have them stocked in the pantry.
