Pilon Haitian Food Gerlanda was cooking in the kitchen from a very young age.

Ever since her parents divorced and she lived with her father, she was sort of forced to start cooking for her dad and sister. Born and raised in a port city in Haiti, she was lucky to have all the fresh organic vegetables and fruits to make something for her family. Today she gives us a taste of her traditional Haitian way of cooking which she claims to be authentic.
