Blossom Foods began with the vision to create delicious, nutritious, and satisfying soft textured meals to adults with swallowing difficulties. Forget the days of “mush” where the unappetizing whirr of a blender filled with what’s being served to those with a regular diet, add water, serve. We wanted to keep those that required a soft textured meal eating at mealtime with loved ones, keeping their dignity with choice and flavor/enjoyment.

With the introduction of the International Dysphagia Diet Standardization Initiative, the worldwide push to create a standard of textures aligns perfectly with our vision. Our meals in Pureed - Level 4, Minced&Moist - Level 5, and Soft Chop/Bite Size - Level 6 are a perfect match.
