Since 2000, Harold Stevens, owner of Hal’s Original NY Hot Dog Cart, has served the style of hot dogs and sausages that are sold in New York City. Other items include tofu, bratwurst, turkey dogs, and hot links. In addition the meat items mentioned, Hal also features sauerkraut, as well as a notable New York delicacy –onions in tomato sauce – extras that give his hot dogs that real New York style

and taste. Hal offers a variety of brands of chips to compliment the dogs, and in keeping with the New York tradition, features Wise brand as well.
