Perfectly seasoned crispy batter was destined to be paired with our juicy, tender, straight from our farm oyster mushrooms🍄 The amount of times people had to ask us twice “this seriously isn’t chicken?!” is too high to count. I know mushrooms, not math, okay!!

Wanna know the COOLEST part about us growing our own mushrooms?? We get to be super selective of picking only the biggest and juiciest ones to get fried up for your sandwiches and bowls🤌🏼😋

Since we use our mushrooms in so many different ways, we can set aside the smaller ones that are destined to get chopped up anyway for other dishes!

No restaurant is going to be perfect every time. Some dishes come out less than ideal here and there due to quality inconsistencies in certain food ingredients. But we’re doing our best to keep your go to comfort meals as delicious as the first time you fell in love with them🤍😘

The bottom right is the bin of smaller pieces that’s heading towards chili and the the Ragu sauce that you love so much in our lasagna🍝 The other 3 are ready to get FRIEDDDD UP!🔥
