It’s been hot an we’ve been crazy busy , construction an farm work don’t stop because of the weather , but everyone’s been making it thru an cooling off in the evenings my three younger kids having thier grain …..everyone has been growing like

As most of you have heard Mr. Todd our beloved Berry Farmer took quite a fall this morning.

I just want to make this post so that you’re aware and so you know what’s going on.

He is currently in the hospital awaiting spinal surgery.
He is in good spirits even through pain.
Farming is not easy and while we certainly love our farm and serving the people who love our farm it is times like these when the community shows how much they care, makes all the difference and makes it worth every trial.

Here is to the cows.

Honest. Dependable. Uncomplicated. They give us milk, butter, cream, cheese, and somehow still manage to stay more genuine than half the people walking around.

Cows do not pretend. They do not whisper behind your back. They do not smile in your face with fakeness..

They simply show up as they are, real, true, and honest. And I can appreciate that. ❤️

Luckily, it is not Heifer Appreciation Day.
You heifers get no day. Sorry. 😅🫣
