We NEVER pasteurize our coconut cream or use sodium metabisulfite - a bleaching chemical preservative used in the pasteurization of coconut cream, coconut ice cream, and milk industry which causes health problems. Kubé nice cream is raw and authentic cold-pressed, coconut cream and is disrupting the processed coconut cream industry by creating food justice integrity for all people.
