Our wine grapes originate from distinct Californian sites with unique weather patterns, terrain, and soils that lend themselves to excellent wine. And yet our practices resemble those more commonly found in Burgundy: we pick early to ensure lively acidity and lo

That's a wrap on 2025 Harvest!
​We can officially exhale with the last of the fruit safely tucked into the cellar. This vintage was an unusually late one, keeping us on our toes, but the quality is stellar. The rain held out letting us pick everything at optimal ripeness. Stay tuned and we'll share details from a few vineyards we worked with this year.

For those of you who love exploring unique wines, may we introduce our Skin Fermented Pinot Gris from Clarksburg!

We're immensely proud to produce this wine right here, allowing its unique terroir to shine. It's a direct reflection of the fine silt and clay loam soils where our grapes thrive, yielding delicate red fruit notes, crisp acidity, and a delightful grip on the palate.

Every step, from early harvest in Clarksburg to those 20 days of gentle, whole-cluster fermentation on the skins, is about coaxing out the very best. This dedicated process gives it that stunning amber color - often lovingly called "ramato" (copper in Italian!).

We truly believe in the potential of this region, and this distinct wine continues to be a favorite way for us to share that pride with you. 🧡
