Step into Fall with a new skill! Join cheesemonger Kate of New Curds on the Block at Walker Road Vineyards for an evening of local w**es, cheeses, and cozy autumnal vibes in a historic barn tasting room. 🍂 🍷 🧀

Learn from the pros how to pair w**e with cheese, and leave with some tricks on how to put together a simple but elegant cheese and charcuterie board for your holiday gatherings.

Tickets include two servings of w**e, and an assortment of local cheeses and charcuterie for you to build your own board. Anything you don’t eat, you get to take home!

SIP & SHOP! W**e by the glass will be available for purchase, along with bottles, cut cheeses, and accoutrements for you to build a board at home.

It’s that time of year! 🍇🍷 This is our fourth season helping pick grapes at Walker Road Vineyards in Woodbury, and it’s one of our favorite late summer traditions. The harvest goes quickly because over twenty family, friends and customers show up with their gloves and pruning shears to help harvest heirloom varieties of Marquette, St. Croix, Traminette and Seyval Blanc grapes.

Walker Road is our favorite Connecticut vineyard. Owners Jim and Bruce-Elizabeth Frey have been producing award winning w**e on a modest plot of land in Woodbury for 25 years, and their single-varietal reds are not what you think of when you think Connecticut w**es. Nothing sickly sweet about these w**es! The ambience of the vineyard is bar none, and you’ll leave feeling like family.

Walker Road Vineyard is open Saturdays and Sundays from 12-5PM, and closes for the season on December 12! We highly recommend you check them out before they close for the winter - tell them their favorite mongers sent you 🥰
