I can’t tell you how happy it makes me when makers reach out about young, different, or less-than-perfect wheels, and trust us to care for them and educate our customers. It’s a testament to our work as mongers and the importance that we place on the maker-monger relationship 👏

THANK YOU Hannah and the gang Greg & Hannah / Vermont Cheese for trusting us with your baby wheels of Middlebury Blue! 💙🐮 Though they haven’t had the benefit of months of aging yet, the wheels we have in the case this week are SUPER flavorful and begging to be sliced thick and thrown on a burger.
