Owners Steve Hallstrom and Cecelia Boulais converted a defunct 80-acre dairy on the Chehalis River to the productive certified organic farm now known as Let Us Farm. While specializing in lettuces, the farm grows a wide variety of mixed vegetables and some small fruits. Produce is marketed to the University District Farmers' Market, the Columbia City Farmers' Market (both in Seattle) and to both

the Eastside and Westside Olympia Food Coops. Let Us Farm strives for sustainability by utilizing cover crops, field rotations, conservation tree planting and habitat strips. In addition, LUF helps grow the next generation of farmers through its internship program. Thus Let Us Farm truly is about both growing great lettuce as well as growing great new farmers.
