February’s Winemaker Dinner in the Gleason Barn was one to remember—an evening that invited our wine club members and their guests to experience our wines in ways that went beyond the expected.
Winemaker Joe Harden and Chef Spencer Conaty collaborated on a menu thoughtfully designed to highlight the distinct character of our single-vineyard wines, often through pairings that surprised as much as they delighted. Black Garlic Ramen with 2023 Grand Sky Chardonnay offered a rich, umami-driven contrast, while Flannery Farms Ribeye Cap alongside a selection of our 2017 Cabernets brought depth and structure into perfect balance. Each course revealed a new dimension, proving that great wine doesn’t always follow tradition—it expands it.
