Is there a world record for growing huge roselle hibiscus 🤪?! (Never fertilized btw!)Mine are JUST starting to bloom but so huge one has split open at the base 😂! Over 12 feet tall and just as wide! Only 5 plants but I’ll have enough for 2 years worth of everything I use this worth (and that’s for my commercial use AND personal 😂). Where’s them Guinness guys at?? 😂

Jar last night I have to can everything but the back straps 😂🤦🏻‍♀️. Oh and he’s very happy I can’t sell this 😂. Poor thing would have to bury jars in the yard 😂

Need a good cold weather idea for this weekends cold front?
Mississippi pot roast!
I’m pressure canning a bunch of jars so my hubby has easy lunch/dinners for work.
It’s super easy to make, very few ingredients and is one of the most flavorful roasts you’ll ever make!
Mamas Kitchen & Always Faithful Farmstead dry ranch mix (with fresh grown herbs you can taste the difference!) any brown gravy mix you like (I use a powdered brown stock that I love and use for everything, but you can use ANYTHING you have on hand for this part!), and some pepperoncinis (and some of the juice!), couple pats of butter and of course your roast! (Any roast of your choosing! The Barn & Basket Market has some great choices)
Serve with some potatoes/rice/veggies and some dinner rolls which the store all has in stock as well, and you have a supper just fit to welcome in this AMAZING weather this weekend!!!

Just wanted to let everyone know we will not be at the Palestine Farmers Market this Saturday!
I’m having a small surgery Friday morning and won’t be able to drive or lift anything for a couple days afterwards. I will be trying to get things stocked at The Barn & Basket Market this week though!
