Shoutout to Chris for bringing me some YUMMY roast that he calls “Southern Delight” (it tastes exactly how it sounds)!! His statement was “I brought this for you since you are struggling to cook”😂😂😂😂 and it was MUCH better than my roast. Thank you Chris for the Lipsey Beef Southern Delight. It was the perfect lunch for this cool day. Check out his recipe in my cooking fail video comments!

⭐️NEW PRODUCT ALERT⭐️

We now have candles and wax melts at Lipsey Beef!!

Nine ‘0 Three Candle Co. is a family owned business located right here in Oakwood and let me tell y’all…..they smell AMAZINGGGGG. Not only do they smell incredible, but they are made with a soy wax base, making them a great option if you’re looking to get away from paraffin based candles.

Next time you’re in to stock up on beef, sniff ya a candle. You won’t be disappointed!!

I had such great plans for y’all but it turned into a complete FAIL😂 So instead of me doing all the cooking, I want y’all to drop your favorite crockpot recipes in the comments and like other’s recipes that sound good to you. I will *attempt* to make the recipe that gets the most likes. (If your recipe wins, you may get a prize😏)

So get to commenting so I can get some ideas!!

🚨🚨IMPORTANT CHANGE🚨🚨

Y’all have gone above and BEYOND supporting us with preordering quarters, halves, and wholes. We cannot thank you all enough for all the love.

With that being said, we only have ONE cow left that we had allotted for bulk beef. That means we could do 4 quarters, 2 halves, one whole, or even a combination of quarters and a half to supply as many customers as possible.

The deadline has now changed to THIS FRIDAY, OCTOBER 16TH to place an order for Christmas. After Friday, we can still accept bulk orders, you will just have to wait until the new year to get your beef.

Once again, thank you all for your support. We could not do this without all of you!!!💕

Y’all bear with us just a little bit longer!

We’re making a few changes behind the scenes at The Barn & Basket, and one of those is how we stock Lipsey Beef.

We know y’all love their beef…and so do we! That isn’t changing, and Lipsey Beef isn’t going anywhere.

We’re simply learning what works best for us as a store and making some adjustments so we can do things better. Our goal is to get their freezer to the point that it stays fully stocked with the cuts y’all are looking for, instead of constantly playing catch-up.

We’re also working on adding a preorder option! You’ll be able to place your beef order ahead of time and have it ready for pickup at the store each Monday. That means if there’s a particular cut or quantity you need, you won’t have to cross your fingers and hope it’s still in the freezer when you get here.

This is absolutely no fault of Lipsey Beef. It’s simply part of US growing, learning, and figuring out our systems and the ones that work best for our store, our vendors, and our customers…sometimes I forget we are not even 6 months old yet.

So hang with us just a little longer while we get everything squared away. We think these changes are going to make shopping local beef at The Barn & Basket even easier and yes, your Lipsey Beef is staying right here!

I promise you will know as soon as we have it stocked again and we will be giving everyone a chance to preorder for our first pickup.
