We had the privilege of catering a wedding close to our hearts. Our son and daughter in law tied the knot today at a beautiful venue (MIA BELLA GARDENS) and we are so elated that we were able to be part of it in a special way.

Last night we decided to cook up some ‘gallo pinto’ which is a Nicaraguan dish but this time we added a bit of Puerto Rican flair to it 😉 then we add some chicharrón and tostones/maduros on the side… and you have this beautiful plate of food.

The client wanted Tuscan chicken pasta and arugula salad on the side and we delivered. Everyone absolutely loved it 🥰

We also provided meatballs, mixed sandwiches and garlic bread w/chorizo for appetizers.
