Rudnianyn Farm is located in Marion County and we want to be your family's local beef provider. Our cattle are pasture raised, not fed antibiotics or hormones which produces good tasting and quality beef. Our customers from all over Florida have been very satisfied with their purchase. We are currently offering whole or half cows for purchase for one price that includes the cost of the cow, custom

butchering and vacuum sealed packaging of your beef. You actually talk with our butcher about how you prefer your beef to be cut. Once it's all packaged, you will pick it up from our processor! You can always get a group of family or friends together to split the cost and meat when purchasing whole or half cows. All of our invoicing and payments are processed electronically via email. Deposits on whole or half purchases is required and payment in full is due before picking up your completed order. We also have ground beef available from our 100% grass fed cows in 2 lb packages and 1 or 2 lb packages of ground beef from our grain fed cows. Are you interested in finding a local Marion County source for your family's beef needs? We are considering the possibility of setting aside a "summer" bunch" of our ranch raised cattle to finish out on grain that would be ready for the processor in about 3 to 4 months or so. Only looking for interest at this time and if we have a great response, we will then ask for a deposit for either a half or whole steer. Once paid it would establish your spot in the order of go to the processor as the cattle finish out closer to the fall. Do you want to know where beef you purchase for your family actually comes from? Rudnianyn Farms is a local Marion County Ranch and we've set aside 18 head for our 2023 Fall Bunch grain finished program available for you to purchase as a half or whole. This feeding program has produced some pretty tasty beef and many returning customers. They will start finishing out towards the end of 2023 or into 2024 but your can reserve your half or whole with a deposit now.
