Here's this week's Classic menu. We offer these same meals is Keto, Paleo and Flex-Meal.
Picadillo — Cuban ground beef stew with chorizo, onion, manzanilla olives, raisins, tomato, and spices. Served with cilantro lime jasmine rice
Fiery Shrimp and Grits — 8-large shrimp simmered in a cajun garlic brown butter sauce. Served with 3-cheese grits and spicy haricot verts (French green beans) with red onion, poblano and red peppers
Cuban Grilled Chicken — boneless skinless chicken breast dusted with Cuban spices and grilled. Served with chimichurri sauce, Jasmine rice, and spicy haricot verts (French green beans) with red onion, poblano and red peppers
Steak and Shrimp Fajita — 4-oz beef tenderloin and 4 large shrimp sauteed with julienne red peppers, poblano peppers, spanish onion, garlic and spices. Served with cilantro lime jasmine rice and (1) large low-carb flour tortilla (4g net carbs)
Peppercorn Steak — 6-oz grilled beef shoulder tenderloin topped with creamy peppercorn brandy demi-glace. Served with rosemary and garlic roasted potatoes and mixed fresh vegetable
