New week, new menu. That's the way it works at The Fiery Chef. With 8-rotating menus you never get bored with your diet. And if you do get bored, we need to hear about it.

Here's this week's Classic menu. We offer these same meals is Keto, Paleo and Flex-Meal.

Picadillo — Cuban ground beef stew with chorizo, onion, manzanilla olives, raisins, tomato, and spices. Served with cilantro lime jasmine rice

Fiery Shrimp and Grits — 8-large shrimp simmered in a cajun garlic brown butter sauce. Served with 3-cheese grits and spicy haricot verts (French green beans) with red onion, poblano and red peppers

Cuban Grilled Chicken — boneless skinless chicken breast dusted with Cuban spices and grilled. Served with chimichurri sauce, Jasmine rice, and spicy haricot verts (French green beans) with red onion, poblano and red peppers

Steak and Shrimp Fajita — 4-oz beef tenderloin and 4 large shrimp sauteed with julienne red peppers, poblano peppers, spanish onion, garlic and spices. Served with cilantro lime jasmine rice and (1) large low-carb flour tortilla (4g net carbs)

Peppercorn Steak — 6-oz grilled beef shoulder tenderloin topped with creamy peppercorn brandy demi-glace. Served with rosemary and garlic roasted potatoes and mixed fresh vegetable

Portobello Strip Steak — 8-oz “Choice” New York strip steak, dusted with Mediterranean spices and grilled. Topped with garlic-sauteed portobello mushroom. Served with a creamy risotto with peas and carrots, and grilled asparagus.

Roasted Chicken Piccata — boneless, skinless chicken breast, seasoned and roasted. Topped with a white wine lemon butter sauce with capers and fresh basil. Served with angel hair pasta and Italian green beans.

Grouper Abruzzo - 6-oz black grouper filet brushed with TFC’s zesty lemon garlic herb oil and grilled. Served with Italian green beans and wild rice.

You would think that every week's menu is my favorite, but that's just not the case. Just like you, I get sick of my own cooking, regardless of how good it is, doesn't matter. And that's exactly why we have an 8-week rotating menu, and why that menu continually changes.

I like to keep it fresh!

Now, back to this week's menu. I don't know about you, buy I'm eating like a king. And, not just because I don't have to pay myself for my own food - which is definetely a nice perk, but because this week's menu rocks. For me, it's hard to choose this week. Guess I'll just have to eat one of each.

Here, check it out. And, don't forget these meals come in Classic, Keto, Paleo and Flex-Meal. The side items and sauces will change to suit each diet.

Chicken Marsala — boneless skinless chicken breast sauteed with mushrooms and shallots in a marsala wine sauce. Served with mashed potatoes and green beans with applewood smoked bacon and onion.

Lobster Risotto — 6-oz cold water lobster tail poached in a creamy parmesan lobster broth with heirloom pear tomatoes, peas, and roasted fennel simmered with arborio rice.

Spaghetti and Meatballs — TFC’s marinara sauce and our famous gluten-free meatballs over thin spaghetti. Topped with grated parmesan cheese.

Smothered Pork Loin — garlic and herb roasted pork loin, sliced and topped with Vidalia onion gravy. Served with jasmine rice and green beans sauteed with bacon and onion.

Felix’s Meatloaf — served with brown gravy, mashed potatoes, and buttered broccoli.

Here we go again with another great menu. If you don't believe me, see for yourself.

White Fish Amandine — 6-ounce white fish filet topped with a white wine, lemon, brown butter sauce with shallots and sliced toasted almonds. Served with buttered green beans and jasmine rice.

Chicken Florentine — boneless skinless non-GMO chicken breast topped with creamy parmesan spinach, crumbled applewood smoked bacon and roasted pear tomatoes. Served with rice pilaf

BBQ Pulled Pork — lightly smoked pulled pork tossed with Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce. Served with buttered green beans and jasmine rice.

Beef Bourguignon — tender pieces of filet mignon, marinated and grilled. Finished in a rich pinot noir wine sauce with mushrooms, carrots, pearl onions and bacon lardons. Served with Yukon gold lyonnaise potatoes.

Caribbean Mahi — 6-ounce mahi filet dusted with Caribbean spices and grilled. Topped with grilled pineapple salsa. Served with jasmine rice and butter pecan carrot coins.
