Okay as many of you guys know we’re working on a new protein for a special, we usually keep this in house and close family but for this one we’re going to select 15 people to give a meal to, obviously not going to be a huge meal probably 4-5 slices of the protein and the special side we’re pairing with it. Here’s the catch, I don’t believe in bots or spam followers, so for us to pick you we need you to be a follower on FB and Insta and post up honest feed back (good/bad/indifferent) this is how we grow and improve, make sure you don’t forget to tag us!! We will be delivering these and we’re shooting for this Sunday. Here’s the dish:
Smoked Picanha cooked medium paired with a charred poblano sweet potato hash, and our chimichurri sauce.
