We get asked a lot… “Do y’all change locations?” and “Why are y’all only open two days a week?”

First off, unless we purchase another truck for mobile events or somehow get evicted 😅 Smokey Drew’s BBQ will always be at the same location:

At this point, we’re basically a brick-and-mortar takeout spot… just in a food truck.

As far as only being open two days a week — a lot of y’all truly don’t understand the work that goes on behind the scenes to make QUALITY BBQ.

The shopping, the insane prep work, trimming meats, seasoning, smoking, cleaning, marketing, networking, planning, organizing… it truly never ends.

We basically work a full six-day schedule just to be open those two days, and we just ask everyone to respect that. We would rather do it right than stretch ourselves thin and let the quality slip.

Unless posted otherwise on this page, we are open every Wednesday and Saturday from 12 PM until sellout.

Occasionally, we will take a day off to spend with family. The next day we will be closed is 4th of July. Memorial Day weekend absolutely killed us, and we realized a lot of y’all make plans ahead of time, so that’s exactly what we’re doing too — planning ahead and spending that weekend with family.

For $25, you’re getting slightly over 1/2 lb of brisket burnt ends served over crispy seasoned fries, topped with shredded cheese, brisket burnt ends, and a sweet sauce drizzle. 😮‍💨
