Breathing easy, working happy 💜🐴
A little strip with a BIG difference. I’ve been loving using FLAIR Equine Nasal Strips to help support easier breathing during rides and workouts — and knowing there’s real science behind them makes me trust them even more.
Less respiratory stress = a more comfortable, confident horse 👏
And honestly… they look pretty cute too 😉

Reflecting on an incredible weekend at the World Equestrian Center ✨
From completing my first Grand Prix, to winning the I1 with Victor, and taking the win in the 3-3 with Bambam, I truly could not have asked for a more rewarding weekend. These moments are a reminder of why I love this journey so much.
There is still so much to improve on and so many goals ahead, but I am beyond proud of how far each of my boys has come. Grateful for the progress, the partnership, and everyone who supports us along the way 💙

Feeling incredibly grateful after getting the chance to ride in the clinic with Herwig Radnetter ✨
His guidance, patience, and depth of knowledge made such a difference for Victor and me. This journey hasn’t been easy—far from it. Victor’s career change has come with its fair share of challenges, and there have been moments where progress felt slow and uncertain.
But rides like this remind me why we keep showing up. Little breakthroughs, clearer communication, and a renewed sense of direction—it all adds up. 💫
We still have plenty of work ahead of us, but as they say, Rome wasn’t built in a day. I’m so proud of how far Victor has come, and even more excited for where we’re headed next.
Here’s to trusting the process, celebrating the small wins, and never giving up on the partnership. 💙🖤

We’ll ice legs.
We’ll wrap.
We’ll supplement.
We’ll schedule bodywork.
But how often do we think about the one thing they cannot perform without?
Air.
During intense work, a horse’s airway can partially collapse due to the massive negative pressure created when they inhale. Flair Strips are scientifically designed to support the nasal passages, helping reduce resistance and support oxygen intake.
That means:
• Less respiratory fatigue
• Support in reducing the risk of EIPH
• More efficient recovery after hard efforts
It’s one of the simplest things I do that makes one of the biggest differences.
