🍕 Sourdough Pizza Dough Preorders Are Open! 🍕

This Saturday, Petra Bakery will be offering naturally fermented sourdough pizza dough, ready for your next pizza night!

Each dough ball is approximately 300g and is slowly fermented for 24–48 hours to develop flavor, texture, and digestibility. It comes fully fermented and ready to use.

✨ Makes approximately one 10–12” pizza
✨ Ready to bake the same day
✨ Refrigerate for later use
✨ Freeze for a future pizza night
✨ Naturally fermented for 24–48 hours

Pricing:

🍕 2 for $11
🍕 3 for $15
🍕 4 for $20

Simple ingredients, long fermentation, and amazing flavor without the work of making the dough yourself.

🍕 Never worked with pizza dough before? No worries—I’ll include simple baking instructions with every order.

What a day! ❤️

I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who stopped by the stand today, shared a post, left a comment, or told a friend about Petra Bakery. The support from this community means more than you know.

Today was another great day—we sold out of all the bread except for one Cinnamon Raisin loaf! I also have a few bags of bagels and some cookies left, which is amazing for me.

If you’re interested in anything that’s left, send me a message. And if you missed out on bread today, don’t worry! I’ll be baking again on Monday, so feel free to message me if you’d like to reserve a loaf.
