Belgium Quad, 10.3% on tap today at The Cypress Taphouse!!! Thanks to the awesome men and women of Keesler Air Force Base's 815th Flying Jennies for their collaboration on this delicious Belgium Quad. This is Craft Advisory Brewing's 3rd brew with this team.

This Belgian Quad boasts flavors of dark fruits like raisins, plums, and figs, intertwined with luscious caramel, toffee, and molasses undertones. A subtle interplay of flavors reminiscent of clove and pepper, along with the distinctive character of our Belgian yeast, this beer promises a truly incredible taste journey.

Batch #3 of the 815th Flying Jennies Brew Collection. We collaborated again with the awesome crew of our US Air Force's Tactical Airlift Squadron here on the Coast. These men and women have been working long days and nights maintaining mission readiness, so it was a great day for them to relax and brew their next beer.

Coming soon, Craft Advisory Brewing at The Cypress Taphouse will tap the 815's newest brew, a Belgium Quad, weighing in at 10.3% ABV. The biggest and heaviest beer Mississippi will allow us to legally make. We target to have it on tap Mid-March. When launched, we'll have this beer on tap and 22-oz Belgium bottles.

We'll keep you posted on the Flying Jennies' newest brew, "HVY Load". Not only did they help with the brewing, they also created the artwork for the delicious creation.
