Located in the small community of St. Martin, MS is Fort Bayou Brewing Company, the Coast’s newest locally owned microbrewery and brewpub. Our brewery, named after nearby waterway Old Fort Bayou, embodies the spirit of fun and relaxation this area is known for. FBBC believes in a serious brewing process, but don’t expect us to take ourselves too seriously. No pretentiousness here, simply brewing quality beer for the art and respect of the craft. The FBBC taproom, The Cypress Taphouse, serves exceptional Cajun inspired dishes and pours some of the best brews in town. Take a day break on our gazebo overlooking the koi pond, spend an afternoon with us after work during happy hour, or bring your loved one to enjoy live music and a relaxing night tucked away from the commotion.
