Double Ripple, our 8.2% Imperial IPA, is available in cans at the brewery this weekend for the first time since 2023.

Double Ripple is the juiced-up cousin of Ripple, our single hop Nelson Sauvin session ale.

This beer is hopped with Nelson and Riwaka in the whirlpool, then double dry-hopped with a blend heavy on Nelson and Citra with a small punch of Galaxy and Riwaka.

Double Ripple pours a bright yellow haze with layers of white wine grapes, passion fruit, light dank and citrus notes finishing extremely soft with low bitterness.

Double Ripple cans are available at the brewery today and will begin hitting distribution next week.

This week, New Zealand grown hop samples arrived from , and we've been evaluating them for beers we'll be brewing through the next year.

While a hop variety might share the same name, no two lots are exactly alike. Differences in growing conditions, harvest timing, and processing can have a significant impact on aroma and flavor.

Hop selection gives us the opportunity to identify the lots that best align with our recipes and what we are looking for. Stay tuned for upcoming beers using some of these hops.

Strawberry | 2021 Harvest, our newest fruited spontaneous blend, is available at the brewery today in 500mL bottles.

Strawberry | 2021 Harvest is a blend of three casks of traditionally brewed spontaneously fermented beer brewed across two seasons.

In late May of 2021, we picked up nearly a ton of New Jersey grown strawberries. We picked the stems off the fruit; hand crushed them and added it directly into tank for a week of contact time before racking back to oak for refermentation.

After maturation, we bottled this beer in March 2022 where it has been conditioning for several years. At release, Strawberry | 2021 Harvest has an average age of 72 months.

Strawberry | 2021 Harvest pours a blush pink with aromatics of fresh strawberry preserves, stone fruit, and full supporting minerality.

Quality and freshness are at the center of everything we do.

From brewing and packaging to delivery and retail, every step is built to ensure the beer you enjoy is exactly how we intended. We brew Head High, Overhead, Sneakbox, and Party Wave every week and package beer multiple times each week to keep beer moving fresh from the brewery to you.

Once packaged, our beer is immediately stored cold and delivered cold throughout New Jersey by the Kane Distributing team using our refrigerated trucks and vans to maintain our quality and freshness standards.

Fresh beer is the best beer. Stored Cold. Drink Fresh.

Today at the brewery we are releasing our newest beer from , Grisaille | Blend N°2, in 375mL and 750mL bottles.

Grisaille | Blend N°2 is our interpretation of a Grisette, a refreshing, low-alcohol beer originally brewed in Belgium and enjoyed by coal miners after a long day of work.

Grisaille | Blend N°2 is brewed with a blend of pilsner malt, chitted barley, malted wheat and malted oats from our friends at . We hopped this beer with aged and fresh noble hops before fermenting it in oak with our favorite saison yeast and our local flora.

After aging for several months in oak, we blended in a small portion of well-aged spontaneously fermented beer.

The mingling of the saison and spontaneously fermented beer through the process of bottle conditioning provides a remarkably complex beer to drink fresh or continue aging.

Grisaille | Blend N°2 pours a pale golden yellow and pushes notes of fresh hay, stone fruit, and bright lemon with a soft bitterness and lively carbonation to create a crisp and refreshing finish.
