Successfully threading the needle between a sleek, modern aesthetic and a genuinely welcoming atmosphere, this new spot is an ideal destination for both dedicated craft beer aficionados and casual visitors looking for a relaxed outing.

The first thing you notice upon entering is the expansive, bright nature of the tasting room. The design is a masterclass in open-concept spaces, featuring high ceilings and sleek finishes. The brewery’s defining architectural feature—and a true highlight—is the installation of six large garage-type doors. When raised on pleasant days, they transform the space, offering a clean, open-air feeling throughout the entire establishment.

The decor balances chic design with natural elements beautifully. The main bar is anchored by beautiful stone work backed by a striking black tiled brick wall. A true standout in Pennington, this farm brewery brings together history, nature, and craft beer in the most memorable way. Opened in 2025, it offers a taproom inside a restored 300-year-old barn that perfectly captures a rustic, farm-to-glass experience. The surrounding scenery is stunning—rolling farmland, fresh air, and an authentic barn ambiance that feels like stepping back in time.

Outdoors, the space really shines. There’s an expansive beer garden with plenty of picnic tables, a family area with a gaga pit, and even a small pond complete with a miniature bridge. Live music fills the air on weekends, and kids are free to explore while parents sip on pints. Animals roam nearby, including cows and other farm favorites that guests can pet, making it every bit a working farm as well as a brewery.

Found just off the main drag on Powell Lane, Swedesboro Brewing Company's Collingswood location is a hidden gem that packs a ton of character into a small space. Despite its cozy size, this brewery has a huge personality and an even bigger selection of beers. Whether you’re a hop head, lager lover, or into seasonal rotations, there’s something here for everyone.
We stopped in on a busy day during a street fair, and the place was absolutely buzzing — in the best way. It’s clearly a local favorite and draws in plenty of foot traffic. The window bar area was perfect for people-watching and soaking in the street fest vibes.

One cool touch is their Mug Club, which offers regulars a fun way to enjoy their brews with perks. They also have a great selection of merch if you want to take some of the brewery home with you (or rep it wherever you go).

The vibe is laid-back and welcoming, and it’s pet-friendly, which is always a plus. Bonus points for the Pac-Man arcade machine tucked in — a fun throwback while you sip.

Swedesboro Brewing is consistently rated as one of the top craft breweries in New Jersey, and it’s easy to see why. With two other locations in Swedesboro and Burlington City, they’ve built a solid reputation that carries through in both quality and community feel.
