Hello, its been so long!

So I started making these cakes to distract myself during a time I was not happy with what was going on in my work life. The good part is my work life has changed for the better. The downside is I've been so busy that I haven't made a cake and I want to change that. Let's see what this change brings! Hope you like and support this crepe maker.

Peaches & Cream Crepe Cake with vanilla pastry cream mixed with peaches and topped with peaches, blackberries & lightly sprinkled with cinnamon.

Cannot say it enough...I am learning so much making these Swedish crepe cakes and enjoying every minute of it. All I can do is continue forward and know that every time I make one, I am growing. 👩🏽‍🍳

Pecan Pie Crepe Cake with layers of cream, brown sugar, and toasted pecans for that crunchiness.

Overall, happy with this crepe cake. It turned out way better than my last attempt at making a pecan pie one. My fiancée said it’s one of my best ones but his favorite is still the Oreo crake.

Well, on to the next one which will be a Peaches & Cream Crepe Cake. I’m excited about this one since I haven’t used fruit in a while and want to improve my cake decorating. I’ll be making this one later week and looking to make one every week.
