Mustard Glen Hot Sauce — Lagavulin 16 (16-year Islay whisky) brings the peat smoke and brine straight into the mustard-forward heat.

Lime Inna Coconut — 18-year rum(Flor de Canã) meets scotch bonnet, citrus, and coconut. The aged rum gives it a deep, sweet warmth that balances the medium heat.

We spent our weekend behind a booth at PDX Hot Sauce Expo, and honestly? We're still recovering. 👉🏼👉🏼👉🏼

There's something special about being on the vendor side of the table. You watch people walk up skeptical, take that first sample, and do the little head-tilt-and-eye-widening thing that says "okay, that's actually good." We lived for that moment all weekend. The community is such a treat and PDX Hot Sauce Expo brings the best out.

And we loved seeing our friends in the industry, swapping heat stories and talking shop between the chaos. You made our whole weekend.

Until next year, Portland. We'll bring more sauce.
