My growing season got off to a late start and then out of the blue all my tomato and pepper plants just up and died! I was like....What in the world happened? Ah well, I just started over and will be harvesting and canning later than usual. On the bright side the figs and pears are abundant so I foresee a lot of jam and butter being made!

SAVE THE DATE(S)!

We're excited to announce the date for our 2nd Annual Georgia Muscadine Festival here at Paulk Vineyards: We will be hosting the Festival on September 4th, 5th, and 7th! There will be food vendors, an artisan market, live music, grape stomp, contests, and more!

To allow for social distancing, the festival will be held outside of our Tasting Room. Some tents and chairs will be provided, but we are encouraging you to bring your tents, chairs, and picnic blankets, too!

The Festival will be FREE ADMISSION, with the option to purchase from artisans, food vendors, and our tasting room, if you wish.

Hey ya'll...It's been a busy month of canning and it's not over yet! Paulk Vineyard is planning another festival for Labor Day weekend and I will be there.
Soon I will be putting out a list of what I have and prices. If you would like to pre-order something, I will have it packed an put aside for you to pick up. I do accept credit cards.

I'm taking a poll for the pickle lovers ..... what is your favorite kind of pickle? Dill, Sweet, something else? I would love to hear from you and please be as descriptive as you want to be! I'm experimenting and have a spicy garlic dill that seems to be a keeper but want to have other varieties on hand....
