Y’all… 😍💜 Can we just take a minute to appreciate THESE BEAUTIES?!

Beautyberries are one of those things that make me love living out here even more. Just look at that color!! Nature really said, “Let me show off a little.” 😂💜

These beauties grow right here in Florida, and while they look like something straight out of a fairy garden, they’re actually a native plant called American beautyberry! The berries have such a wild, almost unreal color.

And guess what?! 👀 I’m about to turn some of these into something YUMMY! 🤫💜

I’m not telling y’all what it is just yet… but I wanna see who can guess it first! 👇

What do you think I’m making with these beautyberries?! 🍇💜

Drop your guesses below! And no cheating if you already know! 😂🌿

✨ WELL TODAY MARKS A HUGE, HUGE DAY!!! ✨

Something we’ve been working on behind the scenes is officially REAL…

🚗💥 WE ARE OFFICIALLY A LEGAL BUSINESS IN THE AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY! 💥🚗 HOLY MOLY!!!

Our business is officially up and running, and we’ll be working with insurance companies, dealerships, collision shops, and automotive businesses to provide professional ADAS calibration services.
For those who have followed us here at Whispering Moon Acres for a while, you know we’re always working on something. 😂 From chickens and gardens to pigs and now… Vehicles?! 🐔🐷🚗
This is a HUGE step for us, and honestly, it’s a little surreal seeing all the planning, paperwork, equipment, and late-night conversations finally turn into an actual business. Granted our finances aren’t a fan..
We’re incredibly excited to see where this takes us.
So while you’ll still see plenty of Ribby, chickens, farm chaos, and questionable homestead decisions around here. You might also start seeing a little more of the automotive side of our lives!
One dream at a time. One crazy idea at a time. And apparently… one business at a time. 😂

Thank you to everyone who has supported us, encouraged us, shared our posts, bought something from us on Amazon, or simply followed along.

Here’s to the next adventure! 🥂🚗✨

Molting season just hit my flock. Here's what I'm doing about it. 🪶

Feathers everywhere, cranky hens, and an empty egg basket? Your girls aren't sick. They're molting.

Feathers are mostly protein, so hens need extra support while they regrow. It usually takes 8 to 16 weeks.

My Molting Survival Checklist:
🥚 Switch to a higher-protein feed (18 to 20%)
🥚 Add mealworms or black soldier fly larvae
🥚 Keep fresh, clean water out daily
🥚 Handle hens less. New pin feathers are sensitive
🥚 Keep stress low: no new birds, no big changes
🥚 Be patient. The eggs come back!

I'm shopping molting supplies at My Pet Chicken. Link in the first comment 👇

Your hens aren't lazy. Your coop setup is costing you eggs.
Molting, short daylight, stress, and bad nutrition all tank production, and most of us blame the hens first. Before you write off your girls, check three things: 14+ hours of light, clean water that's always full, and protein that matches the season. What fixed it for you?
