Super quick and easy kid approved dinner!
I’m partially posting so that I can find it for myself again!

-1.5-2 lbs cut up raw chicken sautéed in the instant pot until not pink, with olive oil, Italian seasoning, Cavendar seasoning, salt, pepper, garlic, and onion powder. Season to taste, don’t over complicate it!
- Add a 24 oz can of red sauce and 3 cups of water. Stir, and add a box of pasta. Don’t stir the pasta, just push it down so it’s submerged.
- Pressure cook for 5 min and let it slow release for 5 more minutes before releasing pressure.
-Add a 1 1/2 cups heavy cream, and 1 cup of Parmesan cheese, (I used the bottle kind because it’s what I had lol). I added a cup of cooked spinach to ours but could be omitted also!
This maybe took me 20 minutes of active cooking and the kids all approved!!
I’m always looking for easy dinners for busy nights but don’t want them to completely come from a box 😅
