A Note from Allie

As someone who has personally walked through Hashimoto's, EBV, Lyme disease, mold toxicity, and the ups and downs of navigating my own healing journey, I created Nourish to be the kind of place I wished existed when I was struggling to find answers.

When building Nourish, the things that mattered most to me were simple: organic ingredients, homemade milks, organic cold-pressed juices, high-quality superfoods and adaptogens, wellness products I personally trust, and educational classes that bring people together through connection, growth, healing, and transformation.

I've always believed that healing isn't just about what we remove—it's about what we add. Community. Conversation. Hope. Learning. Nourishment.
And now, one of my favorite additions yet—our dairy-free, refined sugar-free soft serve. Made with real ingredients you can feel good about, it's a sweet treat that doesn't leave you compromising your wellness goals. Hi Nourish Family,

Summer is officially arriving at Nourish, and we have so many exciting things in the works!

First, a quick update: Nourish will be CLOSED on Monday as the farm's back parking lot is being freshly paved. This improvement will make visiting the farm, Nourish, and The Place a much smoother and more enjoyable experience for everyone.

While Nourish will be closed, the Farm Market will remain OPEN, so you can still stop by to pick up your favorite juices, grab-and-go meals, fresh groceries, and market essentials.

We'll be spending the day preparing for a season full of exciting new offerings, training on our new soft serve machine, and launching our summer menu on Tuesday!
