Most of us do not cook from scratch anymore and let's face it - we are a sauce from a jar, soup from a can, chicken shaking generation. Packaged foods do make our life easier, but they are also expensive, loaded with fats, salts, and preservatives, and just not as tasty as homemade.

Celebrating 150 wins! Couldn’t be more proud of Mac. He has worked so hard and sacrificed a lot over the years to get to this point. Thanks to the awesome coaches at LCL and AWA. What a blessing to be surrounded by such high caliber humans. I’m not ready for this ride to end. Luckily, Mac is going to continue his wrestling career next year at Lander in South Carolina. Go Bearcats!
