We had a great time at Monarch Series Championship last week! Great management, judging, weather and amazing rides/drives helped make it a fun and enjoyable week! Highlights included championship wins from Marina & Maisy, Corky & Frat Boy, and Eric & Walter! Our academy time really brought their ‘A’ game winning 25 classes including both pattern classes with 19 and 15 entries! However, their ‘Pony Doodle’ skills were a little less stellar as they recorded the slowest time!
Thanks Monarch for another great show!

Super fun times are ahead for Summer Rozek with her purchase of her first 5 gaited horse, Walterway’s Effect on Me! Summer has a knack for racking and we are so excited for all the fun times ahead with this big, handsome guy!

We had a great time at Oshkosh Classic! Great hospitality, management and WEATHER helped to make this show one to remember. Special thanks to our grooms, Ray & Campbell and academy helpers Katie & Eden for making sure everything went smoothly and came out looking their best!

Today we had to make the heart wrenching decision to lay to rest our Mr. Spirit - Bi Mi Unforgettable Spirit. Purchased in November of 2024, Spirit quickly wiggled his way into all our hearts. Molly and Spirit quickly became an unstoppable duo, including winning the Junior Equitation Finals at the National Academy Finals last year. We will forever remember his bright eyes and perfect, always forward ears. He was a horse who loved his job and loved his people, especially Molly, even more. Molly - thanks for so generously sharing Spirit with everyone at PHF. Rest easy, Spirit and thanks for the ride. Special thanks to Dr. Crosby and all the staff at Wisconsin Equine for their compassionate care and unwavering dedication to Spirit.

PHF traveled 900 miles south to start our 2026 show season! We enjoyed the southern warmth and hospitality of the JD Massey horse show in Clemson, SC - we had some team debuts, debuts in new divisions and some personal goals accomplished with established teams! Every PHF horse brought home a 1st or second place ribbon! 💙♥️
A special thanks to our great team of Ray, Sequoia and Dallys who kept everything running smoothly and the horses looking great!
What a fun way to start the 2026 show season!

A product of PHF’s academy program - Eden is the cover star of this week’s Saddle Horse Report! We are so proud of her hard work and dedication - it’s only been three years since she made her academy debut - proof that talent, hard work and great parental support can make phenomenal things happen! 💚💚💚
