Two of my calves just stood outside in the rain for atleast a half hour because the ducklings were playing in a puddle near their shelter....

These two just stood like statues in their pasture, no attempt to save themselves 🤦‍♀️

So were all soaked, cold and the wind picked up... just praying these two do not get sick!

So this is a little different from the critters I usually bring home 🤣 I found what I thought were butterfly eggs...

I'm not sure they all were 🤔 but this little bu**er hatched 2 days ago now and is growing so fast!

So far its the only one but cute hey?!

If anyone knows more on how to set up a better space for him let me know, I honestly didn't think it would hatch.

We are a small farm in North East Wisconsin focusing mainly on our beef cattle and heifers, but we also raise ducks, geese and chickens.
