I'm always looking to pair wine and food. I thought there were some great pairing ideas here. I can't wait to pair my next Rose' with my Grilled Cheese as I believe the best Grilled Cheese Sandwich uses at least 3 different kinds of cheese. And I'm not talking those cheese slices wrapped in cellophane. That might work for the kids but not it you want to enjoy your Grilled Cheese sandwich with a glass of wine!
