Well I don’t know if you did it or we did it. We are officially out of ground beef until we have the butcher grind maybe later Tuesday or weds. We are also out of chuck roast and arm roasts. We sold 32 chuck roasts and 19 arm roast today. We sold 1342lbs of ground beef since Wednesday. We are whipped and the word is out about who’s got the Beef,pork, chicken. No burger,No roast until weds.

When you’re on a budget you can’t be buying ribeyes and filets that’s NOT going to work very well. Top of the line Ground beef $7.99lb. Not the s**t in the tube. Not watered down, not gassed, just clean ground beef. Have you tried a 2 pack of pork chops? Bone in, butterfly,sugar cured, ribeye chop? Porks has a great value right now. Big bang for your buck. Ground pork $5.99lb mix it with a pound of ground beef. We also have ground pork patties Stew meat for putting it on taters, in stews, on noodles. You can feed for 3-4$ per person. Chicken is also a good alternative to beef right now.
