GROUND BEEF :
Very little shrinkage while cooking our ground beef. Cook a lb of ground beef you’re going to eat just about a full lb after it’s cooked. You’re not going to be swimming in grease. It’s just enough to retain moisture and not swim or drain any out. It’s 85/15 blend.

PORK:
You’re not eatting a 5 year old fat sow that can’t produce piglets. (Cheap ass Grinder pigs) NOT here!
Ours are prime 310-320lb pigs. 8-10month old pigs. We sell real hams not pressed and glue together hams. All this will reflect in the taste you’ve been craving in the pork steaks, bacons, hams, chops, all of it.

CHICKEN :
We “Import” the chicken, LOL. We order the chicken from the Amish on Fridays and it’s here on the farm Monday mornings at 6am from Ohio/indiana. Fresh never frozen until later that day.
We traveled the world to find our customers the best. And we’ve successfully done that ✅
When you cook our chicken breasts they are not stringy, they don’t puss out white stuff. And you can cut them with a knife. We know you have experience all that. Well not here. Just chicken like it used to be.

1/4 BEEF:
We have some 1/4 beef ready to take home or have delivered same or next day. Zero waiting, if you’re hungry now get your beef. Today or tomorrow. The price is everything included (except tax). Go online and look. 👀 the actual weight of yours is there. That’s actually edible weights. No confusion with hanging and take home weights. And each has different cuts. Pick your family’s cuts.

We weren’t lost, but somehow you found us. We appreciate every single one of you. Talk about getting busy! Don’t worry we can handle a few more hundred customers! With the cooler weather rolling in tonight we are ready. Right now we only have about 27 chuck roast until weds evening. The online store is open 24/7 and you can have it delivered to your front door tomorrow. Order online and have it shipped. Even better if this is your 1st delivery it’s free.
