Heartland Pantry has the menu set and ready to go for Wednesday, June 10!

As we announced last week, we’re combining breakfast, lunch, and dinner into one big Wednesday instead of splitting them between two days.

Our breakfast special this week is the Hammy Jammy, and we’ll also have our regular favorites available for walk-ins, including:
• Breakfast Burritos
• Breakfast Enchiladas
• Biscuits & Gravy
• Bagels with your favorite spreads

The lunch and dinner special this week is one of your favorites: Smoked Meatloaf served with creamy macaroni and cheese and homestyle green beans. We’ll also have Smoked Meatloaf Paninis available. Banana pudding for dessert.😋

The sidewalk project is still in full swing right outside Heartland Pantry, so parking may be a little tricky. You can park along the side street or at Valero, and our side door will be open for easy access.

If you choose to pre-order, we’ll send you the number to call when you’re on your way. Give us a call, and we’ll bring your order right out to the back door for convenient pickup.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by for breakfast and lunch today. We served up beef enchiladas with refried beans, and if you joined us for lunch, you got to try something brand new from the Heartland Pantry kitchen.

Today’s surprise was our new spinach dip meets queso creation. It’s creamy, cheesy, packed with flavor, and now I need your help naming it!

What did you think of it? More importantly, what should we call it?

Drop your name ideas in the comments below. Over the next few days, I’ll be collecting suggestions and choosing a winner. When we serve our delicious burritos in two weeks, the dip will be back and the winning name will make its official debut.🙌

Well, this sure was a nice surprise to see today. ❤️

When I started making jam, I never imagined it would grow into what Heartland Pantry is today. From breakfast pop ups and catering to grazing boards and everything in between, it’s been quite the journey.

I’m incredibly thankful for everyone who has supported this little dream along the way. Whether you’ve stopped in for a cinnamon roll, ordered catering for a special event, picked up a jar of jam, or simply shared one of our posts, you’ve helped make Heartland Pantry what it is today.

A huge thank you to the Odessa Chamber for the kind words and for always supporting local businesses. Being named the 2025 Business of the Year was an honor I’ll never forget.

Heartland Pantry is gearing up for breakfast, lunch, and dinner tomorrow‼️

If you missed yesterday’s announcement, we’re now serving all three on Wednesdays. You can place your order online using the link below.

A quick note: breakfast, lunch, and dinner items are all listed on the same ordering form. When you place your order, please let us know in the comments what time you’d like to pick it up.

After you’ve placed your order online, you’re all set! Walk ins are always welcome for breakfast and lunch, but dinner will be pre order only.
Breakfast is served from 7 AM to 10 AM and lunch and dinner items will be served from 11 AM until 6:30 PM.

The sidewalk project is in full force, so the front entrance is currently blocked. If you place a pre order, just send us a text when you arrive, pull around back, pull up to door, and we will bring order out. Please do not park in the parking spots back there. They are for the tenants that live upstairs. 8165501934

Well y’all, we’ve been listening.

A lot of you have told us how much you miss the Thursday dinners, but with our catering schedule, jam making, farmers markets, and everything else happening behind the scenes, it has become too difficult for Heartland Pantry to be open multiple days each week.

So we’re going to try something new.

Starting this week, Heartland Pantry will be serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner all on Wednesdays.

We’ve had several requests from folks wanting to grab dinner before or after church, so we’re hoping this new schedule makes it easier for everyone to enjoy Heartland Pantry throughout the day. Just a sidenote, that dinners will be pre-order online only.

This week we’re kicking things off with the Breakfast Crunch Wrap for breakfast.

For lunch and dinner, our special will be the Enchirito. Lunch orders will include an Enchirito, and dinner orders will include an Enchirito served with refried beans and rice.

Please note that we’ll be testing this schedule for the next couple of weeks before I take a little time away to travel to Virginia and welcome my new grandson into the world. 💙

The ordering link is below. We’ve also added our 6 pack cinnamon rolls for pre order. The cutoff time for cinnamon roll orders is Tuesday at 3 PM.

When the bride orders a taco bar and you convince her to add a nacho bar with our house made queso, you can’t just show up with food. You have to bring the fiesta too!

We had so much fun setting this one up with all the colorful fiesta decorations. The taco bar, nacho bar, and queso were a huge hit, and everything came together perfectly for a fun reception dinner.
