Currently we are closed this season due to Henry's ongoing treatments for Colon Cancer. I ask that you keep us in your thoughts and prayers. Hopefully we will be back in business next season. Thank you all for your patience and prayers. I wish you all a great and enjoyable hunting season.

Due to Henry's on going medical issue, we will be processing on a very limited bases. I apologise for this change in operations but I assure you all he is getting better and will continue to get better.

I will be posting a listing with prices for all of our interested friends within the next few days but just throw out an idea the cuts of meat available are: ground, cube, stew, back straps cleaned intact and stir fry strips; however if you have an idea for a new cut of meat please let us know.

Deer processing season has started out strong this year, and I would like to congratulate everyone on such a successful start. I also wanted to let y'all know that along with our second year apprentice butcher Hailey Williamson, I to ( Tina Williamson) will be cutting and preparing your meat. I have been running the cuber and vacuum sealer for quiet a while now and Mr. Williamson believes that it's time I grew up or rather got my hands a lot more bloodier. So my friends keep bagging them and I'll get it cut, bagged, and sealed for you all.

Something new, I asked Henry to cutup some deer meat similar to what you would find in stir fry dishes. Well as you might guess my husband completed some research on the cut of meat and walla today as a very late lunch more of an afternoon snack we had deer stir fry with onions and green peppers. I must say it was pretty good, I'm sure Henry will do some more perfecting on the recipe as far as the cooking goes but the cut of meat was outstanding.
