Word around London “The Taste of Iowa” stole the show 🐷🇺🇸 Iowa Pork

This dish came together because I wanted to showcase two of the biggest agricultural products Iowa is known for Pork and Corn. 🌽🐖

Having the opportunity to bring Iowa pork all the way to London made this one especially meaningful.

Tender pork loin and rich pork belly served over Momma Pal’s Cream Corn. Simple ingredients, but a dish that tells the story of where I come from and the farmers who make it all possible.

Proud to represent Iowa on a global stage and show the world what American pork can do.
