Akaushi (Ah-kuh-OO-shi) go ahead, say it out loud! 😊

Akaushi is one of the four breeds of Wagyu cattle originating from Japan. The breed is known for producing beef with intense marbling and tender, buttery flavor. These traits come from higher amounts of monounsaturated fats compared to saturated fats. Incorporating Akaushi genetics into our herd results in tastier and healthier beef. Yum!
