What a fun weekend! I was offered the opportunity to teach a butter making workshop for the Utah Food Festival at the Museum of Natural History. Having one hour to distill as much information as I could onto my students about all the tips and tricks of butter making - made me feel like maybe all this random knowledge isn’t wasted space in my brain! 😅

And even bigger bonus - we got to see the new Bug World exhibit - YES PLEASE! 🕷️🐞
